Here's how the cube works:
9 options for Commanders, players pick who they wish to play before drafting. List of Commanders below, they will not be in the actual Cube Cobra list.
I provide the decks, each has 36 lands (OG duals, fetches, triome, perfect mana base) and 3 "core" cards that everyone has.
You draft 60 cards [5 packs of 12 cards] and you just shuffle everything you draft directly into your deck (to save time).
There's storm, exile, copy spells, copy creatures, spellslinger, burn, mill, a Wish Board (from ALL of the leftover packs, there are 4-5 packs left, total of 48-60 cards to choose to Wish from).

THERE ARE NO STICKERS INVOLVED. Attractions are an opt-in feature
This card is a CUSTOM planeswalker that interacts with the Planechase mechanic.
ALL PLANECHASE AND ATTRACTIONS ARE COMPLETELY OPT-IN BY SELECTING THOSE COMMANDERS. There will not be any of it unless someone chooses one.

Needed to have more extra turn spells in the cube. Urza is included for the new Attractions mechanic/commanders I'm putting in. He will be monitored to see if he is underwhelming otherwise without them (but probably fine on his own).
I am caught between making the cube more CEDH, or more fun/accessible. I didn't decide, so added new cards for each option anyways.
