Artifacts yo!
This cube is built around creating artifact synergies in all colors, with removal generally toned down and at a lower density. Artifact removal is all 3 mana or more (or is Boseiju, Who Endures, and gives you a land back), in order to facilitate synergies and to inhibit the viability of removal.dek.
This cube is singleton, with the exception of 2 copies of each of the MH2 Bridge Lands - Razortide Bridge.
Cards that provide repeatable advantage via activated abilities/triggers are typically powerful.

Artifact Centric Archetypes
-
Krark-Clan Ironworks
In addition to KCI, there are a few other combos that can be assembled. Thopter Foundry + Sword of the meek can go infinite with several enablers, Experimental Confectioner + Peregrin Took. Pili-Pala + Grand Architect. Notably Rosie Cotton of South Lane does not have explicit 2 card combos.
There are also several build arounds in the cube, that really generate their own archetypes and can dramatically change how you value other cards. These include cards like Gandalf the White/Panharmonicon, Mirrodin Besieged if you're brave, Ruthless Technomancer, Bolas's Citadel, Revel in Riches/Bootlegger's Stash/Time Sieve, Agatha's Soul Cauldron, Aetherflux Reservoir, and Paradox Engine.
