Highly experimental and currently in development
After surveying potential archetypes, I find that there's a great deal that involve infinite combos, typically in the form of two card combos. Let's go over some options:
Reito Lantern/Reito Sentinel Loops - This combo involves drafting a deck comprised primarily of cycling cards. If we can stick a Reito Lantern or Reito Sentinel, we can keep returning the cycled cards to the bottom of the deck and drawing them again. The main finisher is Resounding Thunder for infinite damage.
Pyromancy/Knollspine Invocation + Eternal Dragon/Firewing Phoenix/Magma Phoenix - Infinite damage combo. You want Academy Rector and any transmute cards to fetch the combo pieces.
Gravewaker + Siege-Gang Commander/Bosh, Iron Golem - Two card combo that deals infinite damage. You want cards like Tooth and Nail, Survival of the Fittest and Shared Summons.
Glarecaster + Kazarov, Sengir Pureblood/Scourge of Kher Ridges/Vampiric Dragon - Another two card combo that deals infinite damage. You want cards like Tooth and Nail, Survival of the Fittest and Shared Summons.

Alternate Casting Rule or ACR: if a card has an alternate casting printed on the card that can be played at the same time of its usual cost (top right hand cost), then it does not count as your spell for the turn if you pay the alternate cost. You may do this once per turn.
Defensive Ability Wins or DAW: If two infinite activated abilities are on the stack, the last one to be placed on the initial stack will always resolve first. In other words, he who instigates, loses. Here's a couple examples:
Player 1 "instigates" by activating Kazarov, Sengir Pureblood targeting a creature. Player 2 "defends" by activating Azorius Guildmage to counter the ability. Applying DAW, Player 2 will always counter Player 1's ability.
Player 1 "instigates" by activating Vampiric Dragon targeting Player 2's Combat Medic. Player 2 "defends" by activating Combat Medic to prevent the damage. Applying DAW, Player 2 will always prevent Player 1's ability.
