This is a "Magic 1994 Time Walk" Cube, build of Revised and The Dark Cards. The paper version of the cube works with a fix rarity distribution for the packs: each pack contains 4 rares, 5 uncommons and 6 commons. The cube runs "dual lands", which are an exception regarding there rarity slot in the packs: they come as common instead of rare.
The cube is played with up to date rules
except two "old" rules, to enhence the "time walk feeling": 1) Manaburn is back, so don't be to greedy on your sol rings, mana
flare and so forth 2) Ante is back (yes it is!), I mean it's a cube, so who cares if some cards change their owner during the
tournament, as long as I get them all back in the end. In order not to disrupt the hardly created draft decks without much deck
improvement benefit for the winner, the Ante is CHOSEN by the opponent from the other players SIDEBOARD (rather than his or her
deck). This allows winning cards back for your deck that you might have missed during drafting. After each game (also during a
match) you are allowed to include the won card in your deck, before the next Ante is chosen for the next game. This way your deck
can develop in some degree over the course of the tournament without compromising anyones originally drafted deck! Cool, isn't it
? Have fun. Feedback is welcome. Martin
