Draft rules:
Draft a 60 card commander deck, must follow the color identity rule
40 life
Draft for 4 players: 3 x 20 card packs. Pick 2 cards first pack first pick burns 2 cards to the discard pile.
Draft for 8 players: 3 x 20 card packs. Pick 2 cards, for the first two packs first pick burns 2 cards to the discard pile.
Each player receives: Command Tower and Arcane Signet
Following the draft, each player may select the Prismatic Piper as a partner commander.
Each player selects a blessing from the Elder Dragons prior to building their deck:
-Promised King: One time use, at sorcery speed, you may become the monarch
-God of Chaos: When you attack a player, you may goad a creature at random that player controls. However, at the beginning of your next combat phase, a random creature you control attacks a player at random.
-Gift of Estate: At the beginning of your fourth turn, if another player controls more lands than you, you may search your library for a basic land and put it onto the battlefield tapped.
-General's Bounty: If your commander is sent back to the Command Zone from any other zone, you may ignore 2 colorless mana in its casting cost. This can only apply to one partner, if applicable.
-Secret Flag: Your Commander has an additional color of your choice in its identity.
-One Man's Trash: You may exchange up to two cards you drafted with any burned cards from the draft. You cannot look at the burned cards before choosing to switch those cards.
-Cycle of the World: Basic lands you control have: Cycling (2), but come into play tapped beginning on your fourth turn.
-Battlefield Promotion: One non-legendary creature that you have drafted can be your commander.
