No tokens, no counters, no sleeves.
Simplicity is the name of the game. Cards from all eras are welcome as long as they are easy to grasp on the first read through.
The cube supports macro archetypes and the goal is to have Aggro, Midrange and Control decks all to feel viable to draft and win with.
Card advantage and tempo are easier to grasp in this cube since modern value engines that "Draw a card, whenever you draw a card" are not present here. In most cases you will have to work for your advantage and tempo more in comparison to what was previously mentioned.
The cube is ever so slowly becoming more high powered with the addition of more iconic cards.
I will be working on some cuts soon to see how the cube goes but at the moment the power level band is really high which I don't mind. Most importantly I want the cube to spark excitement.
