Drafting Process 2-Player

Pancake Draft - Players will look at 180 cards total: 90 cards per player and 45 cards will end up in each player's card pool. Shuffle up and remove 60 cards at random, then create 9 packs of 11 cards for each player (total 18 packs of 11 cards). For each pack: draft 1, pass, draft 2 and trash 2, pass, draft 2 and trash 4 (players draft 5 cards per pack).

Grid Draft - Players will look at 162 cards total (18 packs of 9): Each player will have a minimum of 45 cards and a maximum of 54 cards per player at the end. Set up a 3x3 grid. The first player will take a row or column of cards, then the second player will take a row or column of cards from the remaining grid, which will be 2 or 3 cards, then repeat this process until all 18 packs are drafted.

Housman Draft - Players will look at 171 cards total (9 packs of 19): Each player will have 45 cards at the end of this draft style. For each pack, deal 5 cards to each player and set up the remaining 9 cards face-up between the players. Players will alternate exchanging one card from their hand with the face-up cards, and after 3 exchanges, players keep their hand of 5 and discard the face-up cards, then repeat the process until all packs are drafted.

3-Player

Kind-of Standard Draft - Players will look at 240 cards total: 80 cards per player and 40 cards will end up in each player's card pool. Shuffle up, then create 8 packs of 10 cards for each player (total 30 packs of 8 cards). For each pack: draft 1 and trash 1, pass, then repeat (players draft 5 cards per pack).

Grid Draft - Players will look at 162 cards total (18 packs of 9): Set up a 3x3 grid. The first player will take a row or column of cards, the second player will take a row or column of cards from the remaining grid, and then finally the third player will take the remaining cards. The third player becomes the next player to draft first in the next grid. Repeat this process until all 18 packs are drafted.

4-Player

Players will look at 240 cards total: 60 cards per player and 40 cards will end up in each player's card pool. Shuffle up, then create 4 packs of 15 cards for each player (total 16 packs of 15 cards). For each pack: draft 1, pass, draft 2, pass, draft 1 and trash 1, pass and repeat (players draft 10 cards per pack).
