With only a few exceptions, this Cube consists of cards that hold a "failing grade" (60% or lower) community rating on Gatherer, or otherwise have an overall negative public perception. They're not necessarily bad cards (though some are undoubtedly bad), they are mostly cards that are either disliked or avoided, or are "strictly worse" than other options and are only run when there's nothing better. Apart, these cards may seem like failures, doomed to forever sit unused in boxes with the rest of the chaff. Together, however, these shunned and forgotten cards have their chance to shine!
