• Powerful commons and uncommons (and a few choice rares) in an archtype-driven format, with consolidated mechanics and mechanical complexity
• Two-color archetypes, sign-post gold cards, overlapping synergies across colors pairs
• Balanced environment preferred over raw power, including de-powered removal
• General rarity exception for lands, as access to more powerful lands has improved the quality of both draft and gameplay without significantly impacting the Peasant experience.
