A combined set cube between both DMR and DMU (Remastered + United = Reunited)

The cube uses set cube construction with more copies of commons and uncommons than rares and mythics.

This is mostly an experiment to see if they play well together.

For commons and uncommons: mostly creatures from DMU and noncreatures from DMR.

The rares and mythics reverse that with creatures from DMR and spells from DMU.

This should (hopefully) lead to a more powerful experience while not having busted rares break the games.

While wingmantle chaplain was removed, the rest of the defender archetype still exists.
