This is an hybrid behind a cube and a draft simulator, as there are more than one copy of certain cards, according to their rarity.
Basically, this is a slighty curated list from the 3rd edition, cutting the unplayable cards like ante cards and laces, and having roughly one rare of each, two uncommons of each, and 3 commons of each.
The exceptions to this rule: the dual lands are doubled for gameplay purposes, some uncommons (the weakest like Ornithopter or most oppressive like Karma) are not doubled and have only one copy in the cube, and some commons have two copies instead of three (the weakest of each color and the Fireball and Disintegrate that would ruin gameplay at 3 copies each).
Boosters roughly each have 3 rares, 5 uncommons and 7 commons. Packs are also made in a way that let each booster have at least one common of each color.
