It's Peasant, and it's multicolor!

Work in progress, but the concept's simple enough. Each color combination has 2 themes, and they're built to work together as three-color decks as well:

Azorius: Affinity, Skies
Dimir: Affinity, Reanimator
Rakdos: Aristocrats, Goblins
Gruul: Ramp, Counters
Selesnya: Counters, Life Gain
Orzhov: Life Gain, Aristocrats
Izzet: Spellslinger, Wizards
Golgari: Reanimator, Elves
Boros: Go Wide, Life Gain
Simic: Ramp, Flash

Bant: Durdle
Esper: Affinity
Grixis: Control (Wizard reanimator loops?)
Jund: Persist Combo
Naya: Beatdown
Mardu: Aristocrats
Temur: Ramp
Abzan: Life Gain
Jeskai: Tempo
Sultai: Reanimator

I'm sure the cube needs balancing, but here's the reasoning behind some of the choices:

Card counts- 540 cards is the size I'm looking for, so each card has a 2/3 chance of showing up in an 8-person pod. The numbers should lead to intuitive math while drafting. 90 total gold cards means 2.5 per pack, which feels about right, 54 lands means 1.5 lands per pack. 1 colorless card per pack, etc.

Lands- I tried to pick lands that are either flexible enough to be mid picks for more than one drafter. Mystic Monastery or Thriving Isle, City of Brass, and bounce lands are useful for most decks. For the remaining spots, I chose tapped lands that synergize with the color pair's theme like Razortide Bridge in Azorius artifacts or Tramway Station in Rakdos sac.

Multicolor cards- The cards are split between each pair's 2 sub-themes, with overlapping cards when possible. I'm thinking 2-3 "hybrid" cards per color pair, and two three-colored cards for each wedge is about the limit of playability. Either an extra set of enemy gold cards or capping three-color cards at 2 for the shards could work.
