Expanded card pool - Thanks to Hong Kong-based printing companies with a flexible notion of copyright law, you can now play Alchemy-only cards in a paper draft - including bangers exclusive to Alchemy (e.g., Citystalker Connoisseur) and classics rebalanced to keep gameplay engaging and fair.

Modular themes: Nearly a third of the cube changes every draft. Ten 11 card modules from a pool of about thirty are shuffled into a core of 250 cards. Each of these modules supports a specific archetype. The cube remains a tight 360 to ensure that these themes are not diluted.

More on the modularity... The 250 cards listed here are part of every draft of the cube. In addition, I add 10 modules (of 11 cards each) to the draft to get to 360 cards total. Each module contains 11 cards in a single color and supports a particular archetype. For instance, the blue "spells matter" module includes Shark Typhoon, Chrome Host Seedshark, Thing in the Ice, Ethereal Forager, Hard Evidence, Preordain, and God-Eternal Kefnet. Thus every draft is a unique experience, as the supported archetypes (and nearly 1/3 of the overall card pool) change from draft to draft.
