You may play cards outside of your color identity using Unexpected Potential

Any creature with "partner's with" (ex. Pir, Imaginative Rascal) is allowed to partner with anything in the command zone. They still have the ETB trigger.

All commanders found in the commander draft come with a second card that can only be used if they are your commander.

Certain nonlegendary cards come with a second card when you pick them. You can use either or both of these cards in your deck.

The first player to deal combat damage becomes the monarch.
