More changes from RVR. Dismantling Blow and Treetop Village just aren't powerful enough anymore with how the cube has evolved with the addition of new retro frame cards (this will be a common theme). Reflecting Pool is unnecessary now that we have the full suite of Shocks/Duals/Fetches available.

Loam is an exciting addition that's great with fetches and Wasteland/Strip Mine. Lightning Helix and Izzet Charm are good, flexible cards I want to try out.

More updates with new cards from RVR. I've mostly been removing underperforming cards and adding interesting and powerful cards from new RVR. Utopia Sprawl is great for green ramp and enchantress. Pack Rat a classic bomb. Deathrite Shaman is just extremely powerful, helps combat reanimator, and helps ramp decks. Lastly Guttersnipe and Skewer the Critics are upgrades for burn.

I will be replacing the painlands with the new shocklands from Ravnica Remastered as I pick them up. This is the first.

Imperial Recruiter kind of sucks. There just isn't much to tutor for most of the time. Mono-red needs a boost to Mogg Fanatic is in.

Retrofitter Foundry is a powerful addition from the recent batch of judge promos.

Trimming some underperforming cards to get back to 360.

Cabal Coffers always feel mediocre, so it's getting cut.
