I built my pauper cube maybe two years ago now. I hadn't updated it since pre-Guilds of Ravnica and it was stored on the other cube site, so I thought it was about time I gave it a major overhaul and added it on here!
First to be adjusted were the lands and this is fairly straightforward. I've added in the new Kaldheim snow duals. The cube doesn't have a snow element to it yet, but this opens up doors, and they are just so much cooler than the old gain-a-life printed everywhere taplands.
I've kept in the guild bounce lands. I still don't know how I feel about them really, but they're cool enough.
I have included the cycle of artifact lands. There is an element of synergy in the cube with artifact matters cards, so these are a cool include.
One of my favourite updates has been swapping out the Hour of Devastation Desert cycle. These had never felt quite right to me, and now we have the absolutely beautiful Jumpstart Thriving cycle these are taking pride of place for me! If only they'd downshift the Vivid lands I would be totally made up!
Then there's the odd one-off lands, and all I've done here is sub out the Holdout Settlement for a Terramorphic Expanse because it got a lovely extended art version recently and I'm all about adding that bling factor to things!
