Shelter has never performed to the levels I'd prefer. Negating a removal spell or preventing a block or a trade in combat etc. is great utility but it is also here to help white card draw.

Instead I'd like to see how staff of the storyteller performs. It broadly supports whites goals, and if you have any additional support draws more cards. This should support Slesnya, and some Boros, patterns without helping Blue x strategies too much.

Let's see how it goes!

With apologies to DT, unfortunately Deflecting palm has never really shined.
Forth Eorlingas! is just one step too good and is a strong payoff to splash. Form a posse supports the boros themes better while still being strong. it also gives more inter-play with each token having an ability. Technically, it is increasing the curve, but in a way that supports the boros approach of small, many, good creatures.

Detective's phoenix is a cool card, it also supports aggro and can help red decks get a burst of potential later via the recursion. Dockside is situationally good but has never really popped off. Again, it is increasing the curve, but should hopefully support a late game red approach.

Ojutai's command is just not cutting it.
cards not replacing it:

• Fractured identity is too strong as it is a full 2 for 1.
• Shorikai, Genesis Engine would be cool but it fufills the same role as sphinx of the rev.
• Prodigy's prototype is not really otherwise supported, but was a close second.
• Monk Class, interesting but pushes a theme otherwise not really supported.
• Assimilation Aegis is slow, creature only fractured identity.
• Disorder in the court is close, but touches izzets themes a little much. but this could change.

Regeneration Restored is interesting and will be swapped in for now to try out. But it is a tenuous swap.

Pledge of unity is still borderline, Same goes for Ajani, the greathearted. I will swap in seraphic steed to see how it goes.

It's been a minute. I decided to do an update after MH3 came out and here we are!

Mostly happy swaps to change things up a bit.

I'll keep an eye on grist and slick shot. But trading up on mana from banneret to slick shot should do enough.

Wanted to keep wing shards, but no one ever used it go great effect. Since get lost hits PW's too, its in.

some changes I've been kinda planning for a bit. reconfigure is good (I think), I opened a ledger shredder and people thought pestermite was a kikki signal. let's see how it goes.

2xm2 has some pretty cards. ugh. I'll probably get some more
