Splinter Twin is such a bad card outside of twin (and kind of inside twin to be honest)

Fable of the Mirror-Breaker is such an insane card it should be included. And so it doesn't win on the spot, but it'll win over 2 turns. I'll take that trade of instant win with just playing a much better card.

This is mostly concerning a change to my 430 list, but I did add cunning wish to my 360.

The Wish List

Oh yeah. Everything you've always dreamed of right here.

These will play as written on the card and as originally intended.

"Any Instant/Sorcery/Creature/Land card outside the game or in exile"

When these were originally printed, you could grab cards in the exile zone simply because it wasn't considered a zone in the game at the time.

And yeah, you're reading that right, any card you can sleeve up and put in your deck at that moment. And of course you can break singleton! This is Vintage cube right? Go for broke!

This does seem a little broken, but I'd like to test it to find out. It at least seems fun, and I'll likely get to see cards get played that would otherwise not see the light of day in cube. I've also tested Contract From Below and really these cards can't be any worse than trying to make that card fair.

Precursor Golem and Wurmcoil kind of fill a similar role in that they are both generically good picks for almost any deck. It might be back and forth for a little bit between Precursor and Wurmcoil, but Wurmcoil is a clear winner in power level.

Wurmcoil is both an annoying and boring card.

The biggest problem with ol' beep beeps is he get's outclassed pretty fast. I'd rather have the option to bolster a Goblin Guide when my opponent plays a Isamaru, Hound of Konda. Staying threatening in red burn is the same as card advantage the way I see it. It's also a great enabler in Welder decks!

So, I just moved to a new area and got to finally cube a lot last night with new people. Beginning with some changes I already made last night, there were a couple of "movements" I'm changing in the cube.

---Lands Changes---

I already replaced Regrowth > Life from the Loam. I did this just because of how inflexible the card is at 360 with what I currently have. I might put it back in later, but I will likely draft and run Regrowth over LftL every time, and that was in my lands deck last night.

Speaking of lands that underperformed at 360, Ash Barrens wasn't anything to write home about. It plays pretty much the same as Terramorphic Expanse which is fine, but nothing special.

Horizon Canopy is a land I've wanted to add for a while so I'll try that out not a mana fixer, but a utility land.

---White Changes---

I've been changing white a bit to at least be a little more splash-able because the color is always open. Prismatic Ending was already a great move for this, and having Green/White be strictly hybrid is counter intuitive, but it incentivizes the colors to merge extremely easily if that happens to be the case.

I feel like I'm the only person ever to draft Shephard of the Flock, and it's a fine card, and a little underrated, but it just doesn't spike people interests. I'll give Sevinne's Reclamation a go as it's pretty good at 3 mana, and kind of a top end at 5 as well similar to Reveillark

---Black Changes---

One card that was surprisingly great was Master of Death. Just being a wall that can dig every turn was incredible value. With that, I wonder if I can push the card even more.

Blacks identity in my cube is currently a little too singular with just being regulated to combo. I'm going to try and add a little bit if an aggro strategy.

I personally think Pack Rat is slow, but people love and cherish that card--especially in limited. That being said, I've seen waaaaay more games won by a pack rat than Oona's Prowler, so I'll try that for a trade. Gonti is a little slow, and I think Rankle has even more fun play patterns. And finally the little Black discard dorks are just kind of unexciting and only ok, so I'll ditch Brain Maggot and help black aggro again with Cryptbreaker

Life from the loam is a remnant of when this cube was still at 540 which is where I also pushed dredge and graveyard decks. I just played a lands deck tonight and loam was not even fitting in the deck so, I'm going to go back to the old classic.

Uh oh, there doesn't seem to be anything here.
