Banners are trash, 3 mana for one mana seems kinda bad

It doesn't work in online as seamless as it should

So not enough arcane to warrant Evermind, it's highly unlikely to be anything more than a dead card or a sideboard piece.
Dragon Wings was meant to be a 5C dragon piece, but most of the dragons already fly, and are high impact enough that flying doesn't change much.
Imperial Hellkite is just bad. In a deck designed to storm off and get a lot of dragons on the field, a dragon tutor on flipping over is too low impact to really make a decent play, especially at 8 mana.

Switching out some pretty bad cards to beef up WB a bit more. Added artifact tutors in white thus far as well as more general tutors in black.
Removed Infernal Tutor because, apparently in a singleton cube with a high focus on storm, hellbent doesn't appear as much as you would think. Crazy, right?
